Hieroglyps on the entrance wall to the Large Hypostyle Hall.

The Hypostyle Hall of the Karnak Temple is considered one of the finest examples of ancient Egyptian architechture. It has 134 columns that are 23m high and inscribed with Hieroglyps. The hall was built by a succession of five pharoahs and completed by Rameses IV

The obelisk of Hatshepsut.

Reflection of the Karnak Temple on the Sacred Lake for Ritual Navigation. The tour guide recommended us to see the Sound and Light show at the Temple, which I think costs around US$50. Though the tour guide said it is a must see for any visitor to Egypt, I find it quite boring. Basically one sits in front of the sacred lake to watch the Karnak Temple being illuminated in the night, accompanied by narration of the story of the Temple and the history of Thebes.
